This programme will select four existing Cougar players to take part. You will join existing Woking Cougar coaches to help deliver training sessions, progressing to help planning the sessions and working with various age groups. You will also be asked to support other club related activities to get an insight into the running of a football club.The hours you spend as a volunteer will be logged with the FA as part of the football futures program. This logged experience could be used to support other opportunity’s such as the Duke of Edinburgh scheme or other school based schemes. Certificates will be awarded by the FA in blocks of ten hours completed.After an agreed period you will be able to enroll on an FA level 1 coaching course when you are 16 years old.Initially, the coaching will be with the girls under 11 team on Tuesday evenings with myself and Barry Bolton and progressing to helping with other teams in the future.
