Bristol City Trip 15.02.12. On the 15 February a group of 19 boys from the Woking Cougars u9 team travelled to Bristol city for a special football training session. The training session took place at championship side Bristol city football clubs training ground. Staff from Bristol’s academy treated the boys to two dedicated sessions one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The boys covered skills speed trials and a mini tournament. between sessions the boys had the opportunity to meet the members from the first team who were also at the ground training. After the workout the boy travelled to Ashton gate stadium, the home of Bristol City FC. Were the boys were treated to a stadium tour. In witch they leant a lot about the club and finances. Everybody had a great day out and we are all very grateful to Bristol City FC for giving us such a special day and thank you to the cougar coaches for coming with us.
