WOKING COUGARS V MAYFORDU12SThe first half began slowly with neither side able to find the net. Cougars looked to be the stronger side although Mayford were holding their own.The second half saw the first goal of the game from Jacob. This was then followed by another goal from a free kick provided by Lenny which Sam headed home to make the score 2-0.Mayford came back with a goal but Cougars maintained the lead to take the 3 points. The man of the match was Lenny.WOKING COUGARS V WALTON CASUALSU12 PLATE SEMI-FINALThe game started off with Cougars showing their strength and an early free kick taken by Kyle found the back of the net. A strong mid field and defence gave our keeper little to do and by half time Cougars were winning 3-0 with the second and third goal scored by Jacob.As the rain and wind got heavier the second half began and Walton came back with a goal. They followed this with a further goal and the score was 3-2. Cougars broke through and Jake was on for his hat trick making the score 4-2. Walton came back again and the final score was 4-3. It was enough to see Cougars through to the plate final. The man of the match was awarded to Jacob.
